When I started this month I weighed 298lbs. This morning I weighed 279. I’ve gone from “wow fat” to “fat” #hooray (Taken with Instagram)

Social media education tonight at Midland. Great group, great responses so far from the athletes. Kinda hope they learned something.
Or at least stop swearing on twitter.

So I finally downloaded the tumblr app for my iPhone. Supposedly this will get me to actually post on here more than once every four months.
I used to write a column for my website under the same name as this blog. I hope to be able to do the same to some extent here.
Likely I’m just going to share photos that most folks will say “oh, we’ll I guess you could post that.”
